Product Description
When tough, resistant weeds fight back, Grounded® keeps herbicides on target. Grounded is a soil and spray deposition agent that improves the efficacy and adsorption of soil-applied herbicides, keeping pre-emergent herbicides in the weed germination zone longer. It reduces drift and enhances application efficiency to provide quality performance that can improve results from your herbicide inputs.
Key Features
- Can improve pre-emergent weed control
- Improves adsorption in the soil & keeps ai in the weed kill-zone longer
- Enhances application efficiency
- Improves droplet size uniformity
- Reduces evaporation & drift
Technical Information
Grounded is a specialized blend of surfactants and aliphatic hydrocarbons designed to enhance the deposition and absorption of both ground and aerial spray applications. Subject to the cautionary statements set forth in the Directions for Use, Grounded may be used with both pesticide and/or fertilizer products. The addition of Grounded to a spray tank may improve the spray application by reducing splash and subsequent scattering of the spray droplets on equipment and nontarget surfaces. Efficacy of fertilizer and pesticide products may be improved by increasing adsorption of the applied spray mix by soil resulting in a reduced potential for leaching away of the active ingredient. Grounded is particularly effective with some herbicides in sandy soils that are low in organic content.
