Ben Stegall received the 2025 Southern Business Unit Intern of the Year Scholarship Award presented by Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. A native of Germantown, Tennessee, Stegall obtained a degree in Business Management from Arkansas Tech University in August. He received a $1,000 award toward his education for his exceptional performance and personal growth as a Helena intern.
Stegall completed his internship at the Helena location in Altus, Oklahoma, during the summer of 2025. His work required interacting with customers and prospects, and assisting with agronomic and precision activities. His area of focus included managing field trials in cotton to measure the effectiveness of Helena products at key growth stages. He studied multiple treatments using AGRIntelligence®, an advanced line of data solutions from Helena.
The 2025 Southern Business Unit intern class was comprised of 11 students from universities across the South. The scholarship award is designed to encourage creativity, innovation and hard work among the intern team and assist with college expenses. Helena’s Southern Business Unit consists of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and portions of Alabama, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee.
